Sandsculpture Art
Whilst up at Cervantes with Neal Pritchard (aka Mr. Spool) recently we had a ball exploring the sand dunes south of the Pinnacles for a couple of hours and during that time Neal stumbled across this very unusual and striking sand sculpture.
He has already posted a version of this sculpture but his was taken with a 50m. This is my version shot with the 17mm tilt shift.
Love it Markie fine art all over it mate π
Thanks Brett!
Mervy…nice to here from you and to also get a tick is a bonus!
Thanks also to Mr. Spool for the positive vote as well! π
Thats actually quite cool.
Nice Mark … I see you went for a little darker version … nice
Nice abstract mate! A wheelie bin may have improved it but only slightly. :-0
Mate…Mervy boy is getting some hits on those wheelie bins…might have to go over to the dark side and start shooting some as well!
very cool
Thanks very muchy Andrew!
Quite interesting almost feels alive. Perhaps a tad dark and I would perhaps have tinted it yellowish. Cool image. Makes me think of Dune for some reason, best sci fi book ever.
Funny that Bomont…I actually took some yellow out!
Cheers,
Mark
Very interesting, almost looks like a giant quid moving along the sand….
That it does Peta!
Cheers,
Mark
