More from the Hunter

Porosus Creek

Hunter at 0400

Here are a couple more from the Hunter River from True North.

I was up at 0400 and the light coming through the clouds from the full moon was quite spectacular.

Porosus Creek is a Tributary off the Huner River.

  1. Hey Mark,

How about some photos from inside? Bridge, Cabins, Dining area etc…? 🙂 When is True South being built?

    • Hi James,

Will do Jamie…have some pics and will work them up. True South is a little way away yet…once True North is properly full!

      Cheers,

      Mark

  2. Fantastic Mark. Looks great.

  3. Rather bad optical illusion in that top one !!

    • Hi Merv,

In this case it is an optical illusion. That is an 8 photos stitch on a very level tripod and if you have a look at the horizon inbetween the larger land formations off in the distance you will see that the horizon does line up with the horizon on the left.

      Cheers,

      Mark

      • I have my own trick for checking these things if I have nothing better to do at the time. I drag the picture to the bottom of the screen and line it up with the straight edge of the screen, macs have a straight edge, this one looks out to me.

Anyway who cares ,its a good shot.

      • Thanks Merv!

  4. Oh yeah , I’m with Jamie lets have a look around the boat for a change.

  5. Love the shot of the boat mate…… nearly 50 to go… It looks like you guys are having a blast, cant wait to see what Mike knocks up on the video for this trip….
